Go into this play blind. No really go into this play not knowing a thing and you'll be all the better for it. The laughter that comes from your body will be completely genuine and probably unhinged. I haven't laughed so hard in a long time. I hadn't been to the New World Stages in a while. The last time I was here was with my mom for a different show ions again. It was bittersweet to be back considering but I was determined to make a new core memory and boy did I with @bwaygoeswrong!

🎭 | I'll be vague a bit because I truly want you to go in blind. The Cornley University Drama Society presents to us “The Murder at Haversham Manor”. A murder mystery for the ages I say! Everything that could go wrong during the show…does. What a premise. Take every theatre performer's worst nightmares and put them on full hilarious display.

The horror. 😉

Honestly, from start to finish this play was brilliantly performed. Not one moment was there any respite (just the Intermission!) for two whole hours every second there was something. The world's worst bad day ever for this company. I have a few friends who do comedy and improv and it's hard. Getting queues & timing right is hard work. Being unafraid of reacting to an audience in real time isn't easy. You've gotta think on your feet constantly. This company does it with ease. Loved it.

So if you happen to be in NYC and fancy yourself a good laugh may I suggest going off Broadway & seeing @bwaygoeswrong?

Hmmmm. I feel the need to play Duran Duran now. Wonder why? 🤔
