What a triumph. I had to start there. What the entire company manages to do in the time spent with you is nothing short of incredible. I grabbed my ticket for The Outsiders after a run in with one of its stars on a random day in February on the subway. I had been debating it. The book & the movie are beloved classics and I have this thing where I get afraid about things I love going to a new media but Emma Pittman (who plays Cherry) that Valentine's Day night in February convinced me. She's so wonderful by the way.

✨| It's quite an impressive and imaginative production. You could tell a lot of care was put into not only how these actors portray beloved characters but in how the stage is set. From the scenography to the lighting, costuming, sound, the projection design — all of it! Magic was truly created and the book truly came to life in a brand new way. Every single person who puts a finger on this production deserves all praise. Well done.

It's moving. It's thrilling and the music is powerful. By the end, I could hear all the sniffles of the crowd having just shed tears for Ponyboy. By the way, Brody Grant was amazing. Joshua Boone is exceptional. Kevin William Paul made me wanna punch him in the throat. That's a sign he's doing something right.
