πππππ πππ: Thereβs a reason why this Simba top turned into a crop top! Backstory: Iβd waited for @asos to release their Lion King collection for some time and when the day finally came I knew I could grab a couple of things. What I wasnβt prepared for? Literally everyone ever!!! doing the same. So I had two items in my cart and by the time I was ready one was sold out and the other well...my size was gone! I had to get an 18.
Now if you shop ASOS as much as I do youβll know sometimes their plus line runs a bit big so I knew to get an 18 was risky but I knew Iβd make it work! Once I got the shirt it fits huge. Like it could fit like a PJ top it was so big! Whatβs a girl to do? She turns it into a crop top! with a cute knot! Youβll have to stretch the shirt a little more to do it but its a small price to pay. I usually do a Bun Knot. Below is how I manage it (Iβll have an IGTV vid up about it soon!).
πππ: Put on a shirt! (This works better while on your body). Grab a handful of fabric from the bottom of your shirt starting at the belly button, or if you want it to your side directs the fabric to either direction. Feel free to go higher if you wish (as I did in my pic).
πππ: The FUN part! Start twisting it. Go as tight as you like as the material will loosen up.
πππππ: Create a loop with the twist you just made and pull it through as if you are tying a knot. If the tail is showing or there is extra fabric you can tuck that into the knot.
π
πππ: Enjoy your snazzy knot and that upgraded style youβve been craving.
Iβll make an IGTV for this and have it up this weekend as I know some folks are visual and would prefer that! Donβt worry I got you!β¨
