A Power Spell.

A power spell channels inner strength and amplifies personal energy using symbolic items like crystals, candles, or herbs. It enhances confidence, influences decisions, or manifests outcomes. Practitioners ground themselves, set intentions, and invoke protective energies. Visualization is key to imagining aspirations. The ritual ends by releasing energy into the universe, trusting it will bring transformation.

Why You Use It:

Need a lift? A boost in confidence? Perhaps a gentle reminder that you truly are the sh*t? This is exactly why you should harness the incredible power of the power spell. It serves as an empowering tool to elevate your spirit, instilling a sense of self-assurance and reminding you of your unique worth and capabilities.

What You’ll Need:

- Bay Leaf
- Red Candle
- A Small Dish
- Sharpie
- Twine
- Cinnamon
- Red Pepper
- Basil
- Salt
- Black Salt
- Black Pepper
- Carnelian Crystal (optional but helpful!)

How To Do It:

1: On your Bay Leaf write what you need returned to you. My Power was my choice but you could also say “My Confidence” or “My Energy”. It’s the aura that should be within you that you need returned so any of these work.

2: Wrap that leaf around your red candle and seal it with twine.

3: Place the candle on your small dish and circle the candle with your basil, cinnamon, red pepper, black salt, salt, and black pepper. Have a Carnelian Crystal nearby to boost your spell.

4: Light the candle and call your energy back to yourself. You can pick what you wish to say as long as you ensure the words “(what you need) return to me”.

As with all spells, they need time to truly work their magic, but watch as your confidence and energy gradually grow over the days and weeks. I work with this spell often, and I wear a piece of carnelian around my neck daily to help boost my power and enhance my intentions.

So go out there and embrace your inner strength; be the bad b**ch you know you are!
