Catbird 20th Anniversary Party.
Catbird proudly toasted its impressive 20th year – a significant milestone that those who are familiar with the brand knew was not only possible but also highly anticipated. They hosted a delightful afternoon filled with cake cutting, refreshing drinks, and the guest of honor: a fabulous Swan adorned with sealed envelope treats for every attendee to pick from upon arrival! To my excitement, I ended up receiving a lovely 15% off my purchase for the day!
How cute is that? I RSVP’d for the grand celebration in both Williamsburg and Rockefeller Center. Ultimately, I chose to visit only the Rockefeller Center location, as I wasn't feeling my best that day and couldn't quite see myself committing to the $125 flash tattoo experience.
There’s always a next time for that! The Rockefeller Center location offered on-the-spot personal poems, which I adored. It was such a fantastic experience to be there; I indulged in a delightful drink, enjoyed some cake, and received my unique poem! OMG, I can't help but want to frame it! Everything about the event was just so lovely and memorable.

It made me think of my mom. Myself and the poet (who’s IG I’ll link here) talked about her for a bit and then got deeper. I don’t mind getting truthful and open with people. I have nothing to hide and so I speak my truth from now on.
I was also able to take a closer look at the exquisite Birthday Collection, and I must say, it is truly beautiful! This charming location is a personal favorite of mine, not only because it’s conveniently close to home, but also because the layout is incredibly cute and inviting. When it isn’t too crowded, you can immerse yourself in its magical and whimsical nature, which adds to the overall experience. The shop fits in perfectly with the character of the area and they consistently attract great foot traffic, making it a delightful place to visit.
