Transition Your Closet (Summer to Fall)
It is the most wonderful time of the year for us ladies. It's FASHION WEEK. It also means it's time to really hone in on your fall fashion. The fall/winter season is when we start anew with our favorite fashion pieces as well as new ones we may want to add to our collection. It's a chance to start putting in the work and buying some truly amazing fall pieces. If you'd like to take a look at a blog post I wrote about finding and creating your Fall Capsule collection. On top of finding the pieces in that post. These pieces listed here are most likely already in your closet and really looking for some time to shine. It's time to go through your closet and see what you need to dust off!
Leather– I absolutely love leather. It's such an Edgy but classy fabric and at the same time can be sleek. Also, leather skirts are a great addition to your fall wardrobe. Great for day and night looks.
Bold Prints– From floral to animal print prints are a great way to brighten your wardrobe as the weather grows colder. You can have prints from head to toe or just pick one focal point of your outfit.
Color-block– Color-blocking looks like it is not going anywhere any time soon especially as the weather becomes more frigid. It was a summer favorite but now it is revamped with a winter style twist.
Denim: Denim will always remain a classic in any woman’s wardrobe. Dress it up, dress it down it will always be effortless and chic. The best part about denim is that you can wear it also in the summertime as well. So when buying your favorite jeans make sure you get an investment pair that will last.
Corduroy: It's a fall staple in every season. This fabric not only insulates well but looks amazing when paired with denim or a moto jacket. You could even try a top-down corduroy look for something ultra-chic.
