I landed bright and early (7:20 a.m.) and headed straight into the city. After dropping our bags at the hotel, we went to SkyDeck Chicago. Standing on The Ledge is just as thrilling as the first time—it’s a must for anyone searching for the best Chicago skyline views.
Next up: caffeine! Chicago’s Starbucks Reserve Roastery is an architectural marvel and a coffee lover’s dream. Mid-afternoon, we hopped on the Chicago Architecture River Cruise, one of the top things to do in Chicago. Learning the history behind the skyline made me fall in love with the city all over again.
After some downtime at the hotel, we had dinner at The Dearborn, a favorite from my first trip. Dining with my friend Andrea, who got us reservations, was the perfect way to kick off our return to Chicago

When my beloved mother passed away, I stumbled upon a vintage camera, long forgotten and tucked away in a dusty corner of our attic, and felt an overwhelming sense of nostalgia that compelled me to begin restoring it to its former glory.
Inspired by this newfound project and the memories it held, I then made the heartfelt decision to venture into the vibrant, bustling streets of New York City, hoping to feel a more profound connection to her cherished memory as I explored the city's unique charm.

Skincare. As you get older you get more in tune with that you need on your face & exactly why it’s needed. As i’ve gotten older and life has gotten to me I had to study and quickly. I’m 37 years and I’ve got sunspots (non-cancerous) I still get pimples and my combination skin gets beat up a lot by the sun and general living in NYC.
